Nextlight is the City of Longmont’s community owned fiber internet service. I have been a customer for quite a few years and have never had a problem starting with the installation, to the speed, to the customer service, to the cost for service!! I used to have another internet provider and this one is half the cost with super fast speeds. The customer service is the icing on the cake, anytime I have had to talk to somebody they are super friendly and always resolve my problem/help me out. I would strongly endorse Nextlight!!

By far the best internet in town, and the best I've ever had. Customer service is respectful and doesn't treat you like an idiot (although calling them is very rare). Siders damaged my fiber optic cable and they were out in no time to fix.

Fantastic service! These people are great. Daniel was the last guy that visited me to finish the installation. His work and cooperation were spectacular. I could not be happpier. BTW, I forget who did the pre-install work but he was also really great. I'd offer more than 5 stars if I could.

I have the plan with 1GB of symmetrical upload and download speeds. As long as you know what you're doing and understand device speed limits, you'll get all the juice of that sweet, sweet speed. I never had an issue, and I've only seen one outage in four years that was solved promptly. Their customer support is super knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They're simply the best.
