NextLight is unequivocally the best internet provider I’ve ever heard of (in the United States at least).

Everything from their policies on net neutrality to their local first mentality sets them apart among ISPs nationwide. With a strong, straight-to-consumer fiber backbone, their service is also exemplary, with consistently high speed and low ping.

Ultimately, NextLight played a major role in my decision to move to Longmont at all, and it’s emblematic of what I like about this town: people first.

NextLight works great for me. I have a YouTube channel so fast speeds and stability are important. I'm able to upload 4k video very fast and hold livestreams on YouTube as well. Plus, NextLight is so much cheaper than cable internet...and I don't have to deal with the horrible cable companies.

Nextlight is the City of Longmont’s community owned fiber internet service. I have been a customer for quite a few years and have never had a problem starting with the installation, to the speed, to the customer service, to the cost for service!! I used to have another internet provider and this one is half the cost with super fast speeds. The customer service is the icing on the cake, anytime I have had to talk to somebody they are super friendly and always resolve my problem/help me out. I would strongly endorse Nextlight!!

We were one of the first families in Longmont to jump at the chance at hooking into this high-speed Internet service when it came out. I have been impressed with the customer service, and obviously the speed, and even when things have changed or been a little bit confusing with the bill pay or web interface, I have had impeccable help navigating!

I love Longmont, and having this cutting edge technology that helps me do my work makes me love my city even more. Thank you for the outstanding everything, NextLight!

Best internet. No gimmicks no catch. Just fast, high quality, never down. And the best customer service - hands down. We lost the charge cord for our modem - no problem, come get a new one from the office same day no charge. We needed to move the location of the box (I don't know what it is called or what it does) back to an old location and since it was so quick and easy, they didn't even charge for the call out. Answer the phone when you call and actually helpful!

We switched to NextLight in 2020 - right at the height of WFH! It was available when we moved to our new place and is heads and tails over the other ISP we had. We've honestly never had an issue connecting. I WFH 3-4 days a week and we have 10-12 devices connected at any one time. Even when other household members are gaming and I'm working, service is consistent and stable. I would absolutely recommend NextLight - 100%!

We use Nextlight for home and office! It is the fastest and most reliable high speed internet that are offered here in Longmont! I also appreciate their customer service and support. Always fast and their techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. And they notify you when there’s going to be an outage ahead of time so I can be prepared. Even those ones are really short so our business can function as usual. Definitely 100% recommend for anyone who’s looking for fast and reliable internet service!

I’ve had NextLight for over a year, and it’s the best internet I’ve had. The connection is incredibly fast and it is reliable. Any issues we’ve had have been resolved swiftly and we are so glad we made the switch.

By far the best internet in town, and the best I've ever had. Customer service is respectful and doesn't treat you like an idiot (although calling them is very rare). Siders damaged my fiber optic cable and they were out in no time to fix.
