I've had Nextlight, Comcast and Verizon home internet, by far Nextlight is the best choice. I haven't had to worry about my service dropping or any outages sense I switched. I've been with Nextlight for 2+ years and never had issues. When the techs came to set everything up they were on time, in and out fast, and made sure things were working before they left. Their online account system is extremely easy to use. Sense I've had Nextlight I've only had to call customer service one time and it ended up not even being a Nextlight issue but my error for hooking up equipment wrong when I changed out our router. But they were super nice and helped me, walking me through how to hook things up and making sure everything was working when it got hooked up again.

I was one of the original customers for NextLight in Longmont. I was so happy when I was able to get Gig fibre to the door! I've loved their service and support over the years and the price can't be beat. Nothing but love for NextLight!

Loving my internet service provider is not something I would have ever thought I would do but I stand corrected. The customer service is above and beyond if you ever run into issues and the coverage and bandwidth is so nice. I work from home and I have never run into any issues whether I am on a work call, streaming a movie or gaming. I will never change providers.

We have used NextLight since day one and we have loved it since day one!! The connection is fast, reliable, and perfect for streaming, working from home, and staying connected. Customer support has been helpful whenever I've had questions and the installation process was smooth. Highly recommend!!

NextLight is by far my favorite internet provider I've ever had. It's reliable, fast, and affordable. We have had several families working and living in the same home at one point or the other and have never needed to adjust our working, streaming or gaming habits.

When I moved to Longmont, NextLight had just begun and I was excited to get away from the the other cruddy providers. I've had it ever since and haven't looked back. We had one minor issue in all my years of service and it was immediately addressed. If you're in the area and don't use them, do yourself a favor and start now.

Fantastic service! These people are great. Daniel was the last guy that visited me to finish the installation. His work and cooperation were spectacular. I could not be happpier. BTW, I forget who did the pre-install work but he was also really great. I'd offer more than 5 stars if I could.

Best internet. No gimmicks no catch. Just fast, high quality, never down. And the best customer service - hands down. We lost the charge cord for our modem - no problem, come get a new one from the office same day no charge. We needed to move the location of the box (I don't know what it is called or what it does) back to an old location and since it was so quick and easy, they didn't even charge for the call out. Answer the phone when you call and actually helpful!

Honestly, the town-wide internet was one of the reasons we moved to Longmont. And NextLight hasn't disappointed. Easy to work with, reasonably priced, consistent up-time. It's refreshing to have such a good, friendly internet provider after some of the other - less stellar - companies I've had to use.

I've been really happy with NextLight Fiber Internet. The connection is fast and reliable! The customer service is outstanding!
