Honestly, the town-wide internet was one of the reasons we moved to Longmont. And NextLight hasn't disappointed. Easy to work with, reasonably priced, consistent up-time. It's refreshing to have such a good, friendly internet provider after some of the other - less stellar - companies I've had to use.

I can't imagine working from home without NextLight! The service is incredibly fast and strong and we've never had a problem. Reliability is key for local and international Zoom calls and the low cost is key for my budget.

I've been a customer of various internet services starting with dial-up to cable to dedicated ISP (like ATT) and now NextLight Fiber. I can safely say that NextLight has been the best!

My usage includes streaming (YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+) multi-computer (Windows/Linux desktops, laptops, tablets and phones) and smart home assistants.

My satisfaction depends on uptime, consistent performance, and explicit testing using bandwidth and throughput tools. NextLight has consistently delivered great numbers.

In the past with cable providers (Xfinity, Charter), having to reboot my cable modem was a 'monthly' task but with Nextlight, I honestly can't remember the time I had to reboot ANYTHING other than my streaming sticks.

When I compare the price/performance of Nextlight, even my grown kids in other cities are envious of our provider!

We were one of the first families in Longmont to jump at the chance at hooking into this high-speed Internet service when it came out. I have been impressed with the customer service, and obviously the speed, and even when things have changed or been a little bit confusing with the bill pay or web interface, I have had impeccable help navigating!

I love Longmont, and having this cutting edge technology that helps me do my work makes me love my city even more. Thank you for the outstanding everything, NextLight!

Loving my internet service provider is not something I would have ever thought I would do but I stand corrected. The customer service is above and beyond if you ever run into issues and the coverage and bandwidth is so nice. I work from home and I have never run into any issues whether I am on a work call, streaming a movie or gaming. I will never change providers.

Been a customer for a few months now! I can honestly say this has been the best experience with an internet provider. Zero issues with set up. The tech installed my hub right where I needed it. I haven’t had a single outage and zero issues with customer service or setting up auto pay.

Nextlight is the City of Longmont’s community owned fiber internet service. I have been a customer for quite a few years and have never had a problem starting with the installation, to the speed, to the customer service, to the cost for service!! I used to have another internet provider and this one is half the cost with super fast speeds. The customer service is the icing on the cake, anytime I have had to talk to somebody they are super friendly and always resolve my problem/help me out. I would strongly endorse Nextlight!!

Fantastic service! These people are great. Daniel was the last guy that visited me to finish the installation. His work and cooperation were spectacular. I could not be happpier. BTW, I forget who did the pre-install work but he was also really great. I'd offer more than 5 stars if I could.
